Description: Beautiful nature with woods and splendid views Heiligenkreuz is a 1000 years old monastery. There will be a nice Christmas Market with a lot of different food, handycraft etc. There is a special atmosphere and the munchs will show us their monastery.

Route: From Gaaden we will walk on Via Sacra to Heiligenkreuz where we visit the famous Christmas Market

Meet: At 9.35 Meidling Station near ticket office to take train S 2 to Mödling. Our train will leave at 9.49 from platform 1 or 2 to arrive in Mödling at 10.06. Our bus nr. 265 to Gaaden will leave in front of station at 10.15

Return: Individually. there is bus from Heiligenkreuz

Cost: Public Vienna Transport / train and bus Pls. buy ticket from Stadtgrenze/Liesing to Gaaden and have it ready before beginning of hike
