Description: Wonderful nature with woods and beautiful views in the Gutensteiner Alps

Route: From station Pottenstein /Triesting (at 324 m) we will walk up to Waxeneck-Hütte (at ca. 740m ) to have lunch at ca. 13.00 h and then down to “at the hals” (Am Hals ) to take bus at 14.42 to bring us to station Berndorf

Meet: We will meet in the train REX 1 which leaves at 8.37 from Meidling station (direction Wiener Neustadt) and we will get out at 9.05 in Leobersdorf to take a little train to Pottenstein. We will sit in first waggon in front and I will get in the train at Baden

Return: at ca. 17.30 Vienna

Cost: Train and lunch. Pls buy ticket from Stadtgrenze to Pottenstein/Triesting and back from “Am Hals” to Stadtgrenze
