Description:
Afternoon walk. We will be doing the Stadtwanderweg 1a in reverse order (so walking down the famous Nasenweg instead of up).
Route:
From Nussdorfer Platz we will be walking along the Danube to the Kahlenbergdorf. From there we will be hiking through the vineyards up to the Kahlenberg. From Kahlenberg we will be continuing to the Josefinenhütte and then to Leopoldsberg – with a short stop to enjoy the view. And then we will be walking down the Nasenweg to Kahlenbergdorf. There either a stop at one of the Heurigen or back to Nussdorf along the Danube.

Meet: 2 pm at station “Nussdorfer Platz” of tram line D (please note this is the second last stop, not the last one!)

Return:
Around 5-6pm at Nussdorfer Platz (depending on Heurigen stop). There is also a bus back from Kahlenbergdorf to Heiligenstadt every 15 minutes for those who are limited in time.

Cost: Public transport within Vienna.

Registration: Till April 5.

Note: Please take water/snack for rest during hike.
