Description: beautiful hike along the ridge of hohe wand, including via ferrata: climbing up ladders to reach top of the ridge (no specific equipment needed, but gloves are highly recommended)

Route: Grünbach, Wagnersteig, Große Kanzel, Hubertushaus (Lunch), Kohlröserlhaus, Hergottschnitzerhaus, Oberpiesting

Meet: 8:30at ticket machines Vienna HBF (buy ticket for train R98 to Grünbach am Schneeberg leaving at 8:38)

Return: 19:02 at Vienna HBF

Cost: train, lunch at hubertushaus

Registration: asap – latest 26th March

Note: requirements: sure footedness, head for heights, halfway fit: enough stamina to manage 800 meters ascent and 18 km distance
