Bad Vöslau - Harzberg - Bad Vöslau

Description: Bad Vöslau is famous for SPA, beautiful nature, pinetrees and vinyards. Also for the well known mineral water.

Route: From Bad Vöslau station we go through town, see old beautiful villas and then up through the woods to Harzberg (ca. 450 m) from where we have a splendid view. We can have a short stop for refreshments or climb up the tower. Then down again to have lunch (ca. 14.00 h) in a very nice Heurigen.

Meet: At 10.25 Meidling station near ticket office. Our train REX 1 will leave at 10.37 from platform 1. You may also take the REX 1 from other stations f. ex Hauptbahnhof at 10.29. We will sit in first waggon and get out in Bad Vöslau at 11.02

Return: Ca. 17.30 h Vienna

Cost: Train and Heurigen. Pls buy ticket from Stadtgrenze to Bad Vöslau. Back at ca. 16.30 from Bad Vöslau but best will be to press on “Tagesticket”
