Description: A lovely hike on the border between Lower Austria and Styria. Approx. 15 km/750 m elevation to hut /850 m elevation to Hohe Scheibe. Stop at Scheibenhütte (limited food)

Meet: 8:35 at Vienna Hauptbahnhof/OEBB ticket counters
CJX9 leaving at 8:53 to Payerbach then onwards by bus to Preiner Gscheid

Return: 16:50/17:33 from Mürzzuschlag to Vienna

Note: Please proper hiking shoewear, no trainers! If dogs are taken, must be on lead all time! When encountering cows, dog owner may need to cope at his/her own risk, as there were quite a few incidents recently with cows.
